湖南周源山煤矿采空区群钻井与充填施工工艺

摘要 矿产资源开发利用过程中产生了煤矸石、废石、尾砂等,大量矿山废料堆放于地表,容易诱发泥石流、尾矿溃坝事故。同时矿床开采产生的地下大量采空区,容易诱发塌陷、矿震、滑坡、矿井突水等地质灾害。采空区群失稳成了煤矿安全生产的主要危险源之一。结合一工程实践,对矿区地质特征及岩层的可钻性进行了分析和研究,探讨了煤矿采空区群的钻井成孔和充填施工的工艺技术方法;通过室内试验,获得了尾砂充填系统尾砂膏体的配比。采用信息化技术方法,建立了煤矿井下巷道及其采空区群的三维矢量化、可视化模型,对钻进成孔工程实践具有指导意义。 It will produce coal gangue,waste rock,tailings,etc in the process of mineral resources development and utilization,and large quantities of mine waste piled up on the surface can easily induce debris flows and tailings dam failures.And a large number of underground goafs generated by mining deposits are easy to induce geological disasters such as collapse,mine earthquake,landslide,mine water inrush and so on.The instability of the mine goaf group has become one of the main sources of danger for mine safety production.Combined with an engineering practice,this paper not only analyzed and studied the geological characteristics of the mining area and the drillability of its rock formation,but also discussed the technical methods of drilling hole formation and filling construction in the mine goaf group.In addition,it also obtained the ratio of tailing paste in the tailing sand filling system through laboratory tests.Using the information technology and method,a three-dimensional vectorization and visualization model of the underground roadway and its goaf group in the mining area was established,which has guiding significance for the drilling and forming of holes.
