4种瓦斯抽放措施在矿山瓦斯安全控制中的应用:以山西大同煤矿为例

摘要 瓦斯的有效治理对煤矿安全高效开采具有重要意义。以山西大同煤矿为例,分析了不同瓦斯抽放措施在矿山瓦斯安全控制中的应用。为了减少瓦斯涌出量和降低瓦斯突出风险,先将10号煤层作为保护煤层进行开采,再开采其上覆易突出的7、 8、 9号煤层。拟定了4种瓦斯抽放措施,即上覆煤层交叉钻孔、地表采空区井抽放、顶板钻孔和顶板瓦斯抽放,调查分析了4项措施对10号煤层瓦斯涌出量、 CH_(4)体积分数和瓦斯抽放量的影响。结果表明,顶板瓦斯抽放成本高,抽放效果差,可以用顶板钻孔有效替代。对抽放措施进行优化组合后发现,7、8、 9号煤层抽放效率可达58.64%,瓦斯压力降至0.74 MPa以下。 Effective gas safety control is of great significance for the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.Taking Datong Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the application of different gas drainage measures in mine gas safety control was analyzed.In order to reduce the risk of high gas emission and outburst,the 10~#coal seam was first mined as a protective coal seam,and then 7~#,8~#and 9~#coal seams prone to outburst above it were mined.Four gas drainage control measures were proposed,namely cross drilling in the overlying coal seam,drainage from surface goaf well,roof drilling and roof gas drainage.The impact of these four measures on the gas emission,CH_(4volume) fraction and gas drainage amount of the 10~#coal seam was investigated and analyzed.The results indicated that the cost of gas drainage in roof tunnels was high,and the drainage effect was poor,which can be effectively replaced by roof drilling.After optimizing the combination of drilling measures,it was found that the extraction efficiency of 7~#,8~#and 9~#coal seams can reach 58.64%,and the gas pressure dropped to below 0.74 MPa.
