摘要
近年来,地方政府为贯彻落实“碳达峰与碳中和”国策,加大力度对煤炭资源进行整合,关停了一部分产能低、安全性差的小煤矿。这些废弃的矿洞经过时间的积累,会产生大量老空水,不仅会制约现有煤矿的开发,还会埋下水害隐患。为减少老空水水害事故的发生,必须严格执行煤矿安全生产制度,采取积极有效的防治措施。通过对老空水的认识以及对其形成机理的探讨,列举了两起老空水透水事故,并对事故发生的原因进行了分析,提出了一系列老空水防治技术和预防措施,旨在为保障矿山安全生产贡献力量。
In recent years,local governments have intensified efforts to integrate coal resources and shut down some small coal mines with low production capacity and poor safety in order to implement the national policy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".These abandoned mines,accumulated over time,will produce a large amount of goaf water,which not only restricts the development of existing coal mines,but also lays hidden water hazards.To reduce the occurrence of water damage accidents in goaf,it is necessary to strictly implement the coal mine safety production system and take active and effective prevention and control measures.Through the understanding of goaf water and the discussion on the formation mechanism of goaf water,two accidents of goaf water inrush were listed,and the causes of the accidents were analyzed.A series of goaf water prevention and control technologies and measures were proposed,aiming to contribute to the safety production of mines.
