摘要
行走链轮是采煤机行走机构的主要部件之一。近些年,由于市场的需求,采煤机正向大功率、大采高的方向发展。但是,采煤机的大功率运行,容易使行走链轮发生失效现象。轮齿断裂、齿面磨损和轮齿塑性变形是行走链轮的主要失效形式。失效现象一旦发生,会给煤矿生产带来极大的安全隐患,同时严重影响煤矿的生产效率。为此,进行了采煤机行走链轮性能改进实验分析。
The running sprocket is one of the main parts of the shearer's running gear.In recent years,due to the demand of the market,the shearer is developing in the direction of high power and large mining height.However,the high power operation of the shearer is easy to cause the failure of the running sprocket.Tooth fracture,tooth surface wear and tooth plastic deformation are the main failure forms of running gear sprocket.Once the failure phenomenon occurs,it will bring great safety risks to coal mine production,and seriously affect the production efficiency of coal mines.Therefore,the experimental analysis on the performance improvement of shearer sprocket was carried out.
