摘要
《国语·晋语二》“亡人之所怀挟缨纕以望君之尘垢者”一般认为是完整的一句话,本文由“者”字入手分析它的成分,认为它只是一个名词性短语,充当“黄金四十镒,白玉之珩六双”的主语,因此旧注“缨”为“马缨”,“纕”为“马腹带”并不可靠。本文认为“缨”是“系绕”之意,“纕”活用为动词,作“系挂、佩带”讲。
“Wang ren zhi suo huai xie ying xiang yi wang jun zhi chen gou zhe(亡人之所怀挟缨纕以望君之尘垢者)”in the Discourses of the States,Discourses of Jin II(《国语·晋语二》)is generally considered to be a complete sentence.This article analyzes its composition by“zhe(者)”,and believes that it is just a noun phrase,which serves as the subject of huang jin si shi yi,bai yu zhi heng liu shuang(黄金四十镒,白玉之珩六双).Therefore,the previous annotations ying(缨)as“horse tassel”and“xiang(纕)”as“horse belly belt”are not reliable.This article believes that ying(缨)means“tie around”,and xiang(纕)is used as a verb to“tie and wear”.
