医学院校病理学课程思政教学工作对于培养新时期德艺双馨的医务工作人员有重要作用。现代医学的发展要求医务工作者不仅具备扎实的专业知识、专业技能,而且更重要的是要具备正确的职业观念、职业素养以及高尚的医德。因此,各医学院校在病理学课程思政教学的过程中都要始终贯彻培养学生职业素养的方针,如何在病理学课程中融入思政元素、如何对思政教学进行探索和创新,是各医学院校需要深入思考和探究的方向。文章阐述了医学院校病理学课程思政教学的现状,进而分析了如何在病理学课程中对思政教学进行改革和创新,以期提高医学生病理学课程教学质量,促进医学教育事业蓬勃发展。

The ideological and political teaching of pathology course in medical colleges plays an important role in cultivating medical staff with both virtue and art in the new era.The development of modern medicine requires medical workers not only to have solid professional knowledge,professional skills,but also to have the correct professional concept,professional quality and noble medical ethics.Therefore,medical colleges should always carry out the policy of cultivating students'professional quality in the ideological and political teaching of pathology courses.How to integrate ideological and political elements into pathology courses and how to explore and innovate ideological and political teaching are the directions that medical colleges need to think deeply and explore.This paper expounds the current situation of Ideological and political teaching in pathology course in medical colleges,and then analyzes how to reform and innovate ideological and political teaching in pathology course,so as to improve the teaching quality of pathology course for medical students and promote the vigorous development of medical education.
