互助查体在骨科见习教学中的应用

The Application of Peer-assisted Physical Examination in Orthopedic Trainee Teaching

目的 探讨互助查体在骨科见习教学中的应用价值。方法 以2021年7—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科见习的学员为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组24人。对照组采用常规方式完成课程培训,以讲课的形式介绍骨科专科查体要点。试验组采用常规授课结合互助查体模式(见习学员两两之间相互查体),完成课程培训。通过临床理论与实践能力考核及学生自评问卷调查来评价教学效果。结果 试验组的理论考试成绩、实践操作考核成绩以及学习情况满意度自评结果均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论互助查体有助于提高骨科见习教学效果,提高学生的临床综合运用能力。

Objective To explore the value of peer-assisted physical examination in orthopedic trainee teaching.Methods A total of 48 trainees at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University from July 2021 to December 2021were enrolled in this study.All the 48 students were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and control group,with 24 students in each group.The control group completed the course training in a conventional way and were introduced the key points of orthopedic physical examination in the form of lectures.The experimental group used conventional teaching combined with peer-assisted physical examination(trainee physical examination in pairs)to complete the course training.The teaching effects were evaluated by clinical tests and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical case analysis,practical operation,and the self-assessment results of satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer-assisted physical examination is helpful to improve the effects of orthopedic trainee teaching and enhance students'comprehensive clinical application ability.
