黄体酮胶囊与化瘀清热法对子宫内膜息肉切除术后疗效与生活质量的影响

The Impact of Progesterone Capsules and Huayu Qingre Method on Postoperative Efficacy and Quality of Life after Endometrial Polyp Resection

目的:探讨黄体酮胶囊与化瘀清热法对子宫内膜息肉切除术后疗效与生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月—2022年6月江南大学附属医院收治的102例宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者为研究对象,按1︰1比例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组51例。对照组接受黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组在此基础上联合应用化瘀清热法。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、月经异常情况、炎症因子水平、生活质量(SF-36),统计两组疗效及术后复发率。结果:治疗3个月后,研究组患者的子宫内膜厚度显著恢复,月经异常情况、炎症因子水平、生活质量均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后12个月内研究组总复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄体酮胶囊联合化瘀清热法可显著提高宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者疗效及生活质量,明显降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the impact of Progesterone Capsules and Huayu Qingre method on the therapeutic efficacy and quality of life after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection.Method:From June 2017 to June 2022,102 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection at Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group in a 1︰1 ratio,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received Progesterone Capsule treatment,while the study group additionally employed the Huayu Qingre method.The two groups were compared in terms of endometrial thickness,menstrual irregularities,inflammation levels,and quality of life(SF-36)before and after treatment,as well as the effectiveness and postoperative recurrence rates.Result:Three months after treatment,the study group showed significant recovery in endometrial thickness,improved menstrual irregularities,reduced inflammation levels,and better quality of life compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate within 12 months post-surgery in the study group was significantly lower in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Progesterone Capsules and the Huayu Qingre method significantly enhances postoperative therapeutic effects and quality of life for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection,and markedly reduces the recurrence rate.
