华润水泥公司某旋风预热器换热过程的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Heat Transfer Process of a Cyclone Preheater in China Resources Cement Company

摘要 针对华润水泥公司一条5800t/d生产线水泥预分解系统中的旋风预热器C1单体建立全尺寸几何模型,对旋风预热器内气、固两相传热过程进行了数值模拟。其中,气相湍流模型采用雷诺应力模型,气、固两相流采用Eulerian多相流模型。相关模拟结果从工业测试数据得到了验证,取得了实验数据和模拟数据之间的合理一致性。模拟结果表明:旋风筒的整体换热效率为91.2%,绝大部分气、固换热在换热管内完成,占总换热量的80.8%。换热管内气、料混合效果以及短路流现象是制约该旋风筒换热效率的主要因素。 A full-size geometric model was established for the cyclone preheater C1unit in the 5800t/d clinker production line precalciner system of China Resources Cement Company.The numerical simulation of the gas and solid phase heat transfer process in the cyclone preheater was carried out.For the gas-phase turbulence model,the Reynolds stress model was used,for the gas-solid two-phase flow,the Eulerian multiphase flow model was used.The simulation results were verified by related industrial test data,reasonable agreement between experimental and simulated data was obtained.The simulation results show that the overall heat transfer efficiency of the cyclone is 91.2%,most of the gas and solid heat transfer is done in the heat transfer tube,accounting for 80.8%of the total heat transfer.the mixing effect of flue gas and raw material in the heat transfer tube as well as the short-circuit flow phenomena are the main factors which limit the heat transfer efficiency of the cyclone preheater.
