基于DP的混合动力汽车单踏板控制策略研究

Research on Single Pedal Control Strategy of Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Dynamic Programming Algorithm

摘要 以本田i-MMD构型的混合动力汽车作为研究对象,采用单踏板再生制动系统,提出一种基于动态规划(dynamic programming,DP)的混合动力汽车单踏板控制策略。单踏板分为驱动区、滑行区和回馈区,通过DP方法,首先优化了单踏板回馈区的最大制动回馈力矩,再基于中国轻型汽车行驶工况(China light-duty vehicle test cycle,CLTC),对该工况下的单踏板的驱动区的能量管理策略和回馈区制动力分配策略进行了优化。仿真结果表明:经过DP优化后的单踏板最大制动回馈力矩在高速制动时的制动稳定性得到有效提升,在CLTC工况下,与采用单踏板制动系统的规则控制策略进行对比,经过DP优化后的单踏板控制策略在油耗上下降了8.92%。 Taking Honda i-MMD hybrid electric vehicle as the research object,adopts single pedal regenerative braking system,and proposes a single pedal control strategy for hybrid electric vehicle based on dynamic programming.The single pedal is divided into acceleration,coasting and regen zone.Through dynamic programming,the maximum regen torque of the single pedal is firstly optimized,and then the control strategy of the single pedal acceleration and regen zone is optimized based on the China light-duty test cycle.The simulation results show that the stability of the single pedal maximum braking regen torque optimized by DP is effectively improved during high-speed braking.Under CLTC working condition,compared with the rule-based logic threshold control strategy using single pedal brake system,the optimized single pedal control strategy reduces the fuel consumption by 8.92%.
