乙醇酸铜超分子与BSA相互作用研究

摘要 通过溶剂热法结合挥发法合成了一例乙醇酸铜超分子(即配合物1)。X-射线衍射分析表明配合物1为单核结构,铜离子采用平面正方形配位构型。我们对其与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用性质进行了初步研究。实验结果表明配合物1与BSA相互作用过程中发生的猝灭机制是荧光静态猝灭,且308 K时的作用效果较为理想。 A copper glycolate supramolecular(complex 1)was obtained by solvothermal method combined with volatile method.X-ray diffraction analysis indicate that complex 1 reveals a mononuclear structure,in which copper ions adopts planar square coordination configuration.The interaction of complex 1 and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was studied.The experimental results show that the quenching mechanism during the interaction between complex 1 and BSA is fluorescence static quenching,and the effect at 308K is ideal.
