一种双胺型苯并噁嗪树脂的合成及在覆铜板中应用

摘要 以4,4-二氨基三苯基甲烷、苯酚和多聚甲醛为原料合成了4,4-二氨基三苯基甲烷苯酚型苯并噁嗪树脂(MEPBZ),采用红外光谱对其结构特征进行确认。利用热重分析法(TGA)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析了树脂的热稳定性,热失重5%为300℃;产物有明显固化反应峰,峰值温度265℃。考察了产物固化片的介电性能,结果显示其具有较低的介电损耗和介电常数。 The 4,4-diamino-triphenylmethane phenol type benzoxazine(MEPBE)was synthesized from the raw materials of 4,4-diamino-triphenylmethane,phenol,and paraformaldehyde,and its structure was confirmed by IR.The thermal stability of monomer was analyzed by the thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The T5%of monomer was 300℃.The product monomer had one curing reaction peak,with peak temperature was 265.The dielectric properties of the product cured sheet were investigated.The results show that it has a low dielectric loss and a dielectric constant.
