摘要
碳点(CDs)是近年来合成的一类具有碳基纳米结构的零维(0D)纳米材料。自2004年发现CDs以来,对其进行了大量的研究。绿色合成的CDs由于其发光效果优异、稳定性强、生物相容性好等独特性能,在生物成像、生物传感、纳米医学等生物医学领域有着广泛的应用。系统性地介绍了碳点的绿色合成、纯化方法以及碳点在生物医学方面的应用。
Carbon dots(CDs)are a class of zero-dimensional(0D)nanomaterials with carbon-based nanostructures synthesized in recent years.Since the discovery of CDs in 2004,a large amount of research has been conducted on them.CDs made by green technology have a wide range of applications in biomedical fields such as bioimaging,biosensing,and nanomedicine due to their unique properties such as excellent luminescence,high stability,and good biocompatibility.This paper systematically describes the green synthesis,purification methods and biomedical applications of CDs.
