摘要
建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱测定果冻中双丙酚丁与双酚丁的方法。该方法采用乙腈作为提取试剂,对果冻中的目标物质进行超声萃取,以C_(18)色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm)进行分离,串联质谱进行检测,并用外标法定量。结果表明,两种物质浓度在1~50μg/L的范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数R>0.999,方法检出限分别为0.005和0.007 mg/kg,定量限0.016和0.024 mg/kg。以阴性果冻样品为基质,两个物质平均加标回收率为89%~102%,测试结果相对标准偏差为1%~7%(n=6)。该方法前处理简单,分析时间短,重复性好,灵敏度高。
A HPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of Oxyphenisatine dipropionate and Oxyphenisatine in Jelly.The method was based on the ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile as the extraction solvent,separated by C_(18)(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm),detected by mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the concentration of the two substances in the range of 1~50μg/L had a good linear relationship with the peak area,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.005 and 0.007 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.016 and 0.024 mg/kg.Negative jelly samples was used as the matrix,the average recoveries of the two substances were 89%~102%,and the RSD were 1%~7%(n=6).The method has the advantages in simple pretreatment,shorter analysis time,good repeatability and high sensitivity.
