摘要
精细化工事故大部分是由于反应失控所导致的,假如能对工艺过程的热参数有清楚地认知,对其进行充分分析,然后针对性地采取安全措施,很多事故都是可以避免。精细化工反应安全风险评估能够获得反应过程的工艺危险度和热参数,能够为工程设计提供依据,提升项目的本质安全水平。以具体反应安全风险评估报告为例,从评估结果分析、对策措施采纳及具体设计等方面,介绍了评估结果在安全设计中应用。对反应安全风险评估在设计中的应用要点进行了总结与探讨,为类似工程设计提供参考。
Production accidents of fine chemistry were mostly caused by out-of-control reactions.The accidents could have been avoided if the thermal parameters of the process had been clearly understood and fully analyzed further,and then safety measures were taken accordingly.The process risk and the thermal data could be obtained from the safety risk assessment of fine chemical reactions,which could provide a basis for engineering design and improve the intrinsic safety level of the project.In this paper,taking the concrete response safety risk assessment report as an example,the application of the assessment results in safety design was introduced from the analysis of assessment results,adoption of countermeasures and detailed design,etc.The main points for the application of safety risk assessment in design were summarized and discussed futher,which could provid references for similar engineering design.
