Chemical hazardous materials refer to chemicals that have hazardous properties such as flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,corrosion,and radioactivity,and can pose a threat to human health,ecological environment,and public safety.In the transportation of hazardous chemicals by sea,not only do they need to comply with relevant laws,regulations,and technical standards for road transportation,but also consider the particularity and complexity of the marine environment,thus facing more safety risks and challenges.This article analyzes the current situation,safety risks,and risk analysis of chemical hazardous materials in sea transportation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the safety risk management of chemical hazardous materials in sea transportation.
