化工企业土壤污染隐患排查典型问题初探

A Preliminary Study on Typical Potential Soil Pollution Hazards Investigation Problems in Chemical Enterprises

化工企业作为典型的土壤污染重点监管单位,应按照《土壤污染防治法》要求开展土壤污染隐患排查工作,以避免有毒有害物质渗漏、流失和扬撒。以化工企业土壤污染隐患排查和管理措施的调研为基础,对现场排查过程中所发现的土壤隐患展开了统计和分析,探讨了化工企业在土壤污染防治工作中的典型问题,剖析了问题根源,促进了土壤污染隐患的落实和整改并提出了相应的建议,为在产企业及相关从业单位开展隐患排查工作提供了参考依据,持续提高企业自身土壤污染防治管理能力。

As a typical key soil supervision unit,chemical enterprises should carry out the investigation of potential soil pollution hazards in accordance with the requirements of the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law to avoid the leakage,loss and spills of toxic and hazardous substances.Based on the research on the investigation and management measures of soil hazards in chemical enterprises,this paper carried out statistics and analysis on the potential soil pollution in the process of on-site investigation,discussed the typical problems of chemical enterprises in the prevention and control of soil pollution,and analyzed the root causes of the problems.This paper have promoted the implementation and rectification of potential soil pollution hazards and put forward corresponding suggestions,providing a reference for enterprises in production and related units to carry out potential soil pollution hazards investigations,and continuously improving their own soil pollution prevention and management capabilities.
