O2O健康教育模式对二年级小学生及家长营养干预效果评价

摘要 目的 评价O2O健康教育模式对小学生及家长营养干预效果,为探索有效的营养干预模式提供科学依据。方法 采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,选取深圳市宝安区10所学校二年级学生及家长各992名,于2020年9月—2021年8月开展营养干预,干预前后分别开展问卷调查,比较小学生及家长营养知识和行为的变化。结果 干预后,小学生营养知识总体知晓率由干预前的54.42%上升至干预后的80.24%,所有营养知识题目知晓率较干预前均有所提高;家长营养知识总体知晓率由干预前的66.12%上升至干预后的84.84%,除“新鲜蔬菜和水果维生素C含量高”和“碳酸饮料属于限量食用零食”外,其他营养知识题目知晓率较干预前均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。饮食行为方面,干预后,小学生每天吃蔬菜、看生产日期、阅读营养标签和参与买菜做饭行为形成率分别为75.85%、74.41%、69.25%和39.22%,均高于干预前的65.69%、66.40%、58.88%和25.48%,干预后家长所有饮食行为形成率均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 O2O健康教育对小学生及家长营养干预效果明显。 Objective To assess the effect of O20 health education intervention on nutrition among the primary students and their parents,and to provide scientific evidence for improving the nutrition.Methods The multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to selected 992 second grade students in Baoan District,Shenzhen.All students and their parents received nutritional intervention from September 2020 to August 2021.Questionnaire survey was conducted before and afer the intervention to compare the changes in nutrition knowledge and behaviors of the primary students and their parents.Results After intervention,the overall nutritional knowledge rate of students improved significantly from 54.42%to 80.24%,the awareness rates of all nutrition knowledge questions were higher than before the intervention.The overall nutritional knowledge rate of parents improved significantly from 66.12%to 84.84%,except for"high vitamin C content in fresh vegetables and fruits"and"carbonated beverages belong to limited consumption snacks",the awareness rates of other nutritional knowledge questions were higher than before the intervention(P<0.01).After intervention,the rates of students consuming vegetables every day,reading the production date,reading the nutrition labels,and participating in food shopping and cooking were 75.85%,74.41%,69.25%and 39.22%,which were higher than before intervention(65.69%,66.40%,58.88%and 25.48%)(P<0.01).After intervention,all the rates of parents'dietary behaviors were higher than before intervention significantly.Conclusion The O20 health education of nutrition on students and parents is effective.
