关于特殊教育学校教师队伍建设的若干问题研究 被引量:1

摘要 特殊教育学校教师队伍的数量、结构以及专业发展情况直接影响学校的教育质量。本研究对全国47所特殊教育学校的167名教师进行访谈,了解当前特殊教育学校教师队伍建设存在的问题,调查结果发现:(1)教师队伍数量明显不足,专任教师缺口预测为3万—11万人;(2)教师队伍结构失衡,特教学校需要招聘与学校工作相关的各种专业教师、构建各年龄层人数相当的教师团队,同时接纳未来女性教师仍将远多于男性教师的现实;(3)教师专业发展面临巨大挑战,尤其是教师具有强烈的专业发展孤独感。 The quantity,structure and professional development of teachers in special education schools directly affect the quality of education in the schools.In this study,167 teachers from 47 special education schools across the country were interviewed to understand the current problems in the teacher team building of special education schools.The survey results showed that:(1)the number of teachers is obviously insufficient,and it is estimated that the shortage of professional teachers is 30,000-110,000;(2)The structure of the teaching staff is unbalanced,which means special education schools need to recruit all kinds of professional teachers related to school work,and build a teacher team of equal numbers of all ages,while accepting the fact that female teachers will still outnumber male teachers in the future;(3)Teachers'professional development faces great challenges,especially teachers have a strong sense of loneliness in professional development.
