开关磁阻发电机单脉冲模式综合性能优化研究

摘要 在基于开关磁阻发电机的起动/发电系统中,系统效率和电压品质是2个最关键的优化目标,它们都与开通角这一控制量相关,但其内在关系十分复杂,而现有文献缺乏对二者的系统性分析,导致难以对开关磁阻发电机的两方面性能进行协同优化。在满足稳压恒功率输出条件下,该文通过仿真和实验分析单脉冲模式下不同开通角对发电机效率与功率因数的影响。在开关磁阻发电机相电流线性模型的基础上,推导电压脉动解析表达式,据此分析不同开通角对电压品质的影响。在此基础上,提出多目标优化函数获取最优开通角,可兼顾系统效率和电压品质,提升发电综合性能。最后,通过实验验证仿真结论分析的正确性和所提多目标优化方法的有效性。 In the switched reluctance generator(SRG)based starting/generating system,system efficiency and voltage quality are critical optimization objectives that are both related to the turn-ON angle.However,the internal relations between them are complex,and the existing literature lacks systematic analysis,making it difficult to optimize the performance of the SRG cooperatively.This paper analyzes the influence of turn-ON angle on SRG efficiency and power factor in single pulse mode through simulation and experiment to meet the requirement of constant voltage and constant power output.The analytical expression of voltage ripple is derived based on the linear model of SRG phase current,and the influence of turn-ON angle on voltage quality is analyzed.A multi-objective optimization function is proposed to obtain the optimal turn-ON angle,which considers system efficiency and voltage quality,and improves the comprehensive performance of power generation.Finally,experiments are conducted to verify the correctness of the simulation conclusion analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed multi-objective optimization method.
