森林多功能经营应该兼顾生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,达到生态建设和资源保护协调发展。阐述了森林的多功能性和多功能经营理论,分析了国内外森林多功能监测评价的发展历程和趋势。基于森林多功能监测评价结果和生态产品价值理论,探讨了森林的生态价值、社会价值和经济价值,并提出了森林水源涵养、土壤保持、防风固沙、洪水调蓄、森林固碳、空气净化、气候调节和休闲旅游等生态产品价值核算方法。

Multifunctional forest management should take ecological benefits,social benefits,and economic benefits into consideration,so as to achieve the coordinated development of ecological construction and resource protection.This paper expounds the theory of multifunctional forest management,and analyzes the development course and trend of forest multifunctional monitoring and evaluation.Based on the results of forest multifunctional monitoring and evaluation,and the value theory of ecological products,the economic value,ecological value and social value of forest were discussed,and the value accounting methods of forest water conservation,soil conservation,wind prevention and sand fixation,flood regulation and storage,forest carbon sequestration,air purification,climate regulation,and leisure tourism were put forward.
