高真空冷黑环境下大面阵黑体定标器控温应用研究

摘要 为满足某产品在高真空冷黑环境下的红外载荷辐射定标,设计采用了一种复合PID控制算法,在开展大面阵黑体多分区定标器真空试验中,较好地完成了大面阵黑体多分区交叉耦合控温的高精度指标要求。基于工程实践性强的模糊控制与传统PID相结合的分段逼近式控温验证,整体系统控温精度达到±0.1 K,满足设计控温要求。 In order to meet the infrared load radiation calibration of a certain product in the high vacuum cold black environment,a composite PID control algorithm is designed and adopted.In the vacuum test of the large area array black body multi zone scaler,the high-precision index requirements of the large area array black body multi zone cross coupling temperature control are well met.The segmented approximation temperature control verification based on the combination of fuzzy control and traditional PID with strong engineering practicality has achieved an overall system temperature control accuracy of±0.1 K,meeting the design temperature control requirements.
