滑膜纤维化与膝骨关节炎关系的研究进展

摘要 膝骨关节炎(KOA)是全球范围内致残率最高的疾病之一,目前尚无特异性治疗方案。KOA是一种慢性炎症性关节疾病,其发病与滑膜炎症密切相关,关节内长期的炎症环境造成的组织损伤会诱导滑膜成纤维细胞异常分化,分泌大量细胞外基质,导致滑膜纤维化(SF)的出现,从而进一步加重膝关节疼痛,这也是造成膝关节僵硬和功能受限的主要原因。SF的出现加速了KOA的病程进展,因此深刻认识SF的产生机制及其在KOA病理进展中的作用,对KOA的预防和治疗具有重要意义。 Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is one of the diseases with the highest disability rate worldwide,for which there is no specific treatment option at present.KOA is a chronic inflammatory joint disease,and its pathogenesis is closely related to synovial inflammation.The long-term inflammatory environment in the joint leads to synovial tissue damage and induces synovial fibroblasts to abnormally differentiate and secrete a large amount of extracellular matrix,leading to the appearance of synovial fibrosis(SF),further exacerbating knee joint pain,which is also the main cause of knee joint stiffness and limited function.The emergence of SF accelerates the disease progression of KOA,therefore a profound understanding of the mechanism of SF generation and its role in the pathological progression of KOA is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of KOA.
