摘要
铁死亡作为一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,也是目前临床研究的热点之一,在卵巢早衰、子宫内膜异位症以及妇科肿瘤等妇产科疾病的研究中具有重要意义。铁死亡通过谷胱甘肽的合成、脂质过氧化、铁稳态的平衡、自噬和氧化应激等代谢过程参与多种妇产科疾病的发生发展,且对一些妇科肿瘤(如卵巢癌)细胞的增殖有显著抑制作用。然而,现阶段关于铁死亡在妇产科疾病中的作用机制尚不完全清楚,其在妇产科疾病中的运用尚待积极发掘,且对于铁死亡有关药物在妇产科肿瘤防治及耐药性等方面的研究仍需深入探索。
Ferroptosis,as a newly discovered type of programmed cell death,is also one of the hot spots in clinical research,which is of great significance in the study of obstetric and gynecologic diseases such as premature ovarian failure,endometriosis,and gynecologic tumors.Ferroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development of various gynecologic and obstetric diseases through metabolic processes such as synthesis of glutathione,lipid peroxidation,balance of iron homeostasis,autophagy,and oxidative stress,and has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of some gynecologic tumors(such as ovarian cancer).However,at present,the mechanisms of ferroptosis in obstetric and gynecologic diseases is not fully understood,and its application in obstetric and gynecologic diseases still needs to be actively explored.Furthermore,the research on ferroptosis related drugs in the prevention and treatment of obstetric and gynecologic tumors and drug resistance still needs to be further explored.
