化学交换饱和转移成像在肝脏疾病中的应用进展

摘要 化学交换饱和转移(chemical exchange saturation transfer,CEST)技术是近年来新兴的磁共振成像技术。它可以使用体内的物质作为对比剂观察生物代谢的变化,避免了外源性对比剂的缺点。CEST技术作为一种无创的细胞分子水平的磁共振技术,能够鉴别良恶性肿瘤、预测恶性肿瘤组织学分级、预测肿瘤患者术后复发风险;与其他生物指标联合使用来提高诊断的准确性,有时更表现出优于现有指标的诊断效能。本研究主要阐述CEST成像在肝脏疾病中的应用现状及进展。 Chemical exchange saturation transfer(CEST)technology is an emerging magnetic resonance imaging technology in recent years.It can use substances in the body as contrast agents to observe changes in biological metabolism,avoiding the shortcomings of exogenous contrast agents.As a non-invasive magnetic resonance technology at the cellular and molecular level,CEST technology can identify benign and malignant tumors,predict the histological grade of malignant tumors,and predict the risk of postoperative recurrence of tumor patients;It can be used in combination with other biological indicators to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Sometimes,it also shows better diagnostic performance than existing indicators.This study mainly describes the current status and progress of the application of CEST imaging in liver diseases.
