周楣声吹灸治疗肝阳头痛经验探析

ZHOU Meisheng’s experience in treating liver-yang headache by blowing moxibustion

文章主要总结周楣声教授吹灸治疗肝阳头痛的临床经验,并介绍典型案例。肝阳头痛是内伤头痛的一种常见证型,以头部两侧抽掣胀痛为主要鉴别要点。目前现代临床医学针对该病主要采用营养脑神经、改善循环血供、抗炎镇痛等对症治疗,具有一定疗效,但难以根治。周楣声教授认为肝阳头痛是由肝肾阴亏、肝火上炎、经脉阻滞等原因导致头部失于濡养或气闭内阻而出现的头部胀痛。周老基于大量的临床实践,认为灸法不但可以治疗寒证、虚证,而且能够治疗热证,提出了“热证贵灸”的学术思想。其著作《灸绳》提出“由灸而生感,因感而扩布”,将灸疗过程划分为3个时相,即“灸感三相”。周老认为百病皆生于不通,通能治百病。吹灸疗法是在《黄帝内经》“火泻”灸法理论指导下发明的,充分体现了周楣声教授“热证贵灸”的学术思想,是周楣声“灸感三相”学术思想的实践。笔者认为肝阳头痛究其根源为头部气血不得濡养与畅通,故治疗上采用吹灸疗法是非常合适的,取穴常为“阳光普照区”的压痛穴及相关腧穴,吹灸压痛穴及相关腧穴使灸感循经感传至头部,可联络脏腑经络气血,从而发挥其温通经脉、温泻实邪、补益肝肾的作用,阴平阳秘,则头痛自愈。

In this thesis,the clinical experience of Professor ZHOU Meisheng in treating liver-yang(肝阳)headache by blowing moxibustion is summarized as follow,and one typical case is attached finally.Liver-yang headache is a common type of internal injury headache,and the main distinguishing point is the distending pain on both sides of the head.At present,modern clinical medicine mainly uses symptomatic treatment such as nourishing cranial nerve,ameliorating circulation blood supply,anti-inflammatory and analgesicI on the disease,which has certain effects,but it is difficult to cure the disease.Professor ZHOU Meisheng believes that liver-yang headache is caused by liver and kidney deficiency,liver fire inflammation,meridian blockage and other reasons,resulting in head swelling pain after the loss of head nourishment or Qi(气)obstruction.Based on a large number of clinical practices,Mr.ZHOU believes that moxibustion can not only treat cold symptoms and deficiency symptoms,but also treat heat symptoms,so the academic idea of treating heat symptoms by moxibustion is put forward.Jiu Sheng(《灸绳》)wrote by Mr.ZHOU proposes that sensation is generated by moxibustion,and moxibustion sensation is spread.The moxibustion treatment process is divided into three phases,that is,moxibustion sensation three-phase.Mr.ZHOU believes that all diseases are born in blockage,and that all diseases can be cured by removing obstacles.Blowing moxibustion therapy is invented under the guidance of the moxibustion theory of Huoxie(火泻)in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),which fully reflects the academic thought of moxibustion sensation three-phase of Professor ZHOU Meisheng,and is the practice of the academic thought of moxibustion sensation three-phase.The author believes that the root cause of liver-yang headache is the loss of nourishment or Qi and blood blocking in the head,so blowing moxibustion therapy is very appropriate.The selected acupoints are mainly tender points and related acupoints in the sun-drenched area.Blowing moxibustion acupoint and related acupoints spread moxibustion sense of meridian circulation to the head,can contact Qi and blood in Zangfu organs(脏腑)and meridian,so as to play its role of warming meridians,purging excess,and nourishing liver and kidneys.When Yin(阴)and Yang are in harmony,headache willed be healed naturally.
