红藤败酱汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Hongteng Baijiang decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探究中药红藤败酱汤治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月中国人民解放军北部战区总医院接诊的120例CPID患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组行西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药红藤败酱汤,比较两组治疗前后炎症因子[单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、中医症候积分、症状改善时间、临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组MCP-1、CRP、IL-6水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4周后,两组MCP-1、CRP、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组带下增多、腰骶胀痛、下腹痛评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4周后,两组带下增多、腰骶胀痛、下腹痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腰骶酸痛、腹部包块积液、下腹疼痛、白带增多改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药红藤败酱汤治疗CPID患者疗效确切,能降低中医症状积分,减轻炎症反应,缩短症状改善时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hongteng Baijiang decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 120 patients with CPID admitted to the General Hospital of Northern Theater of Chinese People's Liberation Army from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Hongteng Baijiang decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors(monocyte chemotactic protein-1[MCP-1],C-reactive protein[CRP],interleukin-6[IL-6]),Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score before and after treatment,symptom im-provement time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the MCP-1,CRP and IL-6 levels between the two groups;after 4 weeks of treatment,the MCP-1,CRP and IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treat-ment,there were no significant differences in the hypochordal increase,lumbosacral swelling pain and lower abdominal pain scores between the two groups;after 4 weeks of treatment,the lower band increase,lumbosacral swelling pain and lower abdominal pain scores of the two groups were low-er than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The im-provement time of lumbosacral pain,abdominal mass effusion,lower abdominal pain and increased leucorrhea in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hongteng Baijiang decoc-tion is effective in the treatment of CPID patients,which can reduce the symptom score of Traditional Chinese Medicine,reduce inflammation and shorten the time for symptom improvement,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
