扶正抗癌汤辅助化疗对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能与生命质量的影响

Effects of chemotherapy assisted with Fuzheng Kangai decoction on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探讨扶正抗癌汤辅助化疗对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及生命质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月上饶东信第五医院收治的64例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组采用吉西他滨联合铂类化疗方案进行全身化疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以扶正抗癌汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后生命质量改善情况、免疫学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为78.12%,高于对照组的53.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组社会、情绪、认知、角色及躯体功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正抗癌汤治疗晚期肺癌疗效确切,可有效改善肺癌晚期患者免疫功能,缓解炎症反应,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of chemotherapy assisted with Fuzheng Kangai decoction on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 64 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Dongxin Fifth Hospital from January 2019 to Feb-ruary 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table meth-od,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gemcitabine combined with platinum chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng anticancer decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,improvement of quality of life before and after treatment,immunological indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 78.12%,which was higher than 53.12%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social,emotional,cognitive,role and physical function of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observa-tion group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Anticancer decoction is effective in the treatment of advanced lung cancer,can effectively improve the immune function of patients,relieve inflammation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
