摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对尿毒症患者微炎症状态、血清钙磷及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月定南中医院收治的70例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组与GBE组,每组35例。常规组采用高通量透析治疗,GBE组在常规组基础上给予GBE。比较两组治疗前后血清钙/磷水平、炎症因子水平及免疫功能。结果治疗前,两组血磷水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血磷水平低于治疗前,且GBE组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血钙水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,且组间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且GBE组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且GBE组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于常规组,CD8^(+)水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GBE能降低尿毒症患者血磷水平,升高血钙水平,发挥抗炎作用,增强免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on micro-inflammatory status,serum calcium and phosphorus levels,and immune function in patients with uremia.Methods A total of 70 patients with uremia admitted to Dingnan Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the conventional group and the GBE group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received high-flux dialysis treatment,while the GBE group received GBE on the basis of the conventional group.The serum calcium and phosphorus levels,inflammatory cytokine levels,and immune function before and af-ter treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood phosphorus level be-tween the two groups;after treatment,the blood phosphorus level of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the GBE group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood calcium level between the two groups compared with before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the GBE group was lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differenc-es in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the level of CD8^(+)of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the GBE group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GBE can reduce the level of serum phosphorus,increase the level of se-rum calcium,exert the effect of anti-inflammatory,and enhance immune function in patients with uremia.
