缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension

目的探究缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院收治的106例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组治疗前后心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组HR、DBP、SBP比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组HR、DBP、SBP均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压,对控制患者的血压水平具有积极作用,可有效减少不良反应的发生,且安全性有所保障,有利于增强治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hyper-tension.Methods A total of 106 hypertensive patients admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group ac-cording to double-blind method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets on the basis of the control group,the heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treat-ment,there were no significant differences in HR,DBP and SBP between the two groups;after treatment,the HR,DBP and SBP of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension has a positive effect on controlling the blood pressure level of patients,can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the safety is guaranteed,which is con-ducive to improving the therapeutic effect.
