雌激素联合米索前列醇在绝经后辅助取环的效果

Effect of estrogen combined with misoprostol in assisted ring extraction after menopause

目的探讨雌激素联合米索前列醇在绝经后辅助取环的效果。方法选取2012年3月至2014年5月福建省漳州市芗城区妇幼保健院收治的112例绝经后取环患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。对照组采用常规取环手术,观察组在术前服用雌激素联合米索前列醇,比较两组取环效果及手术后不良反应。结果观察组宫颈扩张及软化显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组取环成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素联合米索前列醇在绝经后辅助取环可提高取环成功率,减少手术并发症,缓解患者手术痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen combined with misoprostol in assisted ring extraction after menopause.Methods A total of 112 patients with postmenopausal ring extraction admitted to Xiangcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Prov-ince from March 2012 to May 2014 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by ran-dom number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional ring removal surgery,and the observation group re-ceived estrogen combined with misoprostol before surgery.The effect of ring removal and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The efficiency of cervical dilation and softening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of ring extraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen combined with misoprostol can improve the success rate,re-duce surgical complications and relieve surgical pain of patients after menopause,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
