透明质酸钠治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效及对患者术后复发的影响

Clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of cystitis glandularis and its influence on postoperative recurrence

目的透明质酸钠治疗腺性膀胱炎(CG)的临床疗效及对患者术后复发的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月九江市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治的93例CG患者作为研究对象,随机分为透明质酸钠组(n=41)与吉西他滨组(n=52)。两组均行经尿道膀胱病损电切术,透明质酸钠组采用透明质酸钠进行膀胱灌注治疗,吉西他滨组采用吉西他滨进行膀胱灌注治疗,比较两组术后3、6个月的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果术后6个月后,两组治疗总有效率均高于术后3个月,且透明质酸钠组高于吉西他滨组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,吉西他滨组不良反应发生率低于术后3个月,但透明质酸钠组低于吉西他滨组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);透明质酸钠组术后3、6个月不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。术后6个月,吉西他滨组复发率低于术后3个月,但透明质酸钠组低于吉西他滨组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);透明质酸钠组术后3、6个月复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论透明质酸钠膀胱灌注治疗CG患者术后6个月的临床疗效确切,复发率更低,不良反应更少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of cystitis glandularis(CG)and its influence on postoperative re-currence.Methods A total of 93 patients with CG admitted to the Department of Urology,Jiujiang First People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the sodium hyaluronate group(n=41)and the gemcitabine group(n=52).The transurethral resection of bladder lesions was performed of the two groups,the sodium hyaluronate group was treated by bladder perfusion with sodium hyaluronate,the gemcitabine group received bladder perfusion therapy with gemcitabine,the clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse re-actions and recurrence 3 and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after surgery,the total effective rate of the two groups were higher than 3 months after surgery,and the sodium hyaluronate group was higher than the gemcitabine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the incidence of adverse reactions in the gemcitabine group was lower than 3 months after surgery,but the sodium hyaluronate group was lower than that in the gemcitabine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between sodium hyaluronate group 3 and 6 months after surgery.6 months af-ter surgery,the recurrence rate in the gemcitabine group was lower than 3 months after surgery,but the sodium hyaluronate group was lower than the gemcitabine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between sodium hy-aluronate group 3 and 6 months after surgery.Conclusion The treatment of CG patients with sodium hyaluronate intravesical perfusion after 6 months of the clinical effect is accurate,the recurrence rate is lower,less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
