常规护理联合健康教育对行无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁障碍患者依从性的影响

Effect of routine nursing combined with health education on compliance of patients with depressive disorder who underwent non convulsive electroconvulsive therapy

目的常规护理联合健康教育对行无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗的抑郁障碍患者依从性的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月于福州市第二总医院神经精神病防治院行MECT的100例抑郁障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采用常规护理联合健康教育,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组治疗依从性及抑郁症状严重程度。结果两组部分依从率、不依从率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组完全依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组HAMD评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理联合健康教育能提高MECT抑郁障碍患者治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Effect of routine nursing combined with health education on compliance of patients with depressive disorder treated non convulsive electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods A total of 100 patients with depressive disorder who underwent MECT in The Second General Hospital of Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric prevention and treatment Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with routine nursing combined with health education,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The treatment compliance and depressive symptoms severity between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in partial compliance rate and non-compliance rate between the two groups;the complete compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score between the two groups;after treat-ment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with health education can improve the treatment compliance of patients with MECT depressive disorder,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
