内生发展视角下的传统村落风貌协同更新研究——以黄陂罗家岗村落为例

The Colla borative Renewal of Traditional Village La ndscape from the Perspective of Endogenous Development:Taking Huangpi Luojiagang Village as an Example

随着城乡要素双向流动以及保护历时长导致的村落风貌异化现象,部分城市边缘的传统村落呈现空心化,逐渐丧失了风貌特色基础。严峻的现实保护压力推动传统村落风貌保护与更新矛盾关系的解决。该文以武汉市黄陂区的罗家岗村落为研究对象,通过梳理村落风貌的形成逻辑与现状,以风貌失序、民居空置、公共空间失活等问题提出协同人地关系与空间秩序的更新策略,以达到激活内生发展动力,恢复乡土秩序,增强村落居民保护发展的共同意识的目标,既而推动实现村落生活生态环境改善和整体风貌的提升,以期为其他村落更新提供引鉴意义。

With the two-way flow of urban and rural elements and the alienation of village appearance due to the long duration of conservation implementation,some of the traditional villages in the urban fringe areas showing hollowness and have gradually lost the basis of their characteristic appearance.The severe pressure of conservation has pushed for the resolution of the contradictory relationship between the preservation and renewal of traditional villages.Taking Luojiagang Village in Huangpi District,Wuhan City as the research object,by sorting out the logic and current situation of the formation of the village landscape,we propose a regeneration strategy to coordinate the relationship between human and land and the spatial order based on the problems of disorderly landscape,vacant dwellings and inactive public space,in order to achieve the goal of activating the endogenous development momentum,restoring the local order and enhancing the common consciousness of the village residents for conservation and development,and to promote the improvement of the village living ecological environment and the enhancement of the overall landscape.The project is intended to provide a model for the regeneration of other villages.
