摘要
美丽乡村自提出以来于各地展开了广泛实践,在取得丰硕成果同时也出现了千村一面等问题。该文将美丽乡村建设与经济学领域营销进行逻辑链接,尝试将差异化战略应用到美丽乡村建设上,提出基于差异化发展的美丽乡村建设思路:前期充分调研,深度挖掘乡村资源;尊重村民意向,切实推动村民主体性;鼓励多方参与,提高规划人员门槛,并以苏州三株浜和歇马桥为例比较分析其乡村资源、村民意向及具体建设途径验证思路,提出后续建设建议,旨在从中获取相关建设经验,为中国式美丽乡村建设差异化发展、解决乡村景观同质化问题提供新思路。
Beautiful Village has carried out extensive practice in various places since it was put forward,at the same time,it has achieved fruitful results,but there are also problems such as"Same Imagines of the Village".We logically link the construction of Beautiful Village with the marketing in the field of economics,and try to apply the differentiation strategy to the construction of Beautiful Village,and put forward the idea of Beautiful Village construction based on differentiated development:fully investigate in the early stage and dig deep into rural resources;Respect the villagers'intentions and effectively promote the villagers'subjectivity;Encourage multi-party participation,raise the threshold of planners,and take Suzhou Sanzhubang and Xiemaqiao as examples to compare and analyze their rural resources,villagers'intentions and specific construction approaches to verify ideas.Finally we put forward suggestions for subsequent construction,so as to gain relevant construction experience from them and provide new ideas for the differentiated development of Chinese rural Beautiful Village construction and solving the problem of rural landscape homogenization.
