防御性建筑群落的可持续发展研究——以肇庆澄湖村为例

Sustainable Development of Defensive Building Community:A Case Study of Zhaoqing Chenghu Village

澄湖村处于西江流域,这里曾经盗匪、战争、流民等人为灾祸频发,村民们为了生存设置了很多防御性措施。该文通过田野调查、图像数据分析、查阅文献等方法,总结了澄湖村的防御性特征及其内在价值,并以可持续发展为原则,基于澄湖村的现有资源,为其规划了以研学为特色的旅游发展模式,并选择地块进行改造设计,用以阐述该文主张的去芜存菁、相得益彰的新旧建筑关系处理策略,革故鼎新、推陈出新的新旧使用要求关系处理策略以及互惠互利、协调共赢的新旧使用者关系处理策略。以此为防御性建筑群落的研究提供新的视角,并为相关乡村振兴项目提供新的思路。

Chenghu Village is located in the Xijiang River Basin,where bandits,wars,and refugees have caused frequent disasters.In order to survive,villagers have set up many defensive measures.In this article we summarize the defensive characteristics and inherent value of Chenghu Village through field investigations,image data analysis,and literature review.Based on the principle of sustainable development and the existing resources of Chenghu Village,a tourism development model featuring study tours is planned.A demonstration transformation design is carried out on selected plots to illustrate the strategies of dealing with the relationship between old and new buildings,the relationship between old and new usage requirements,and the relationship between old and new users,which emphasize preserving the essence while discarding the dross,complementing each other's strengths,and achieving mutual benefit and win-win coordination,which provides a new perspective for the study of defensive architectural clusters and new ideas for relevant rural revitalization projects.
