新疆现场流行病学培训项目效果分析

Analysis of effectiveness of field epidemiology trainining programs in Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解新疆现场流行病学培训项目(FETP)学员能力提升情况,以及项目培训工作中的不足,为后期完善现场流行病学培训项目工作提供依据和建议。方法对2016—2021年新疆在册的接受各级FETP培训的140名学员开展问卷调查,通过对学员培训前后能力的提升比较评价项目效果。结果问卷发出140份,收回140份、回收率100.00%。现场流行病学能力培训后增幅均在60.00%以上,增幅最大的为Arc GIS软件的使用(150.94%),其次是暴发调查过程中提出假设的能力(91.98%)。理论性知识的提升幅度小于实践技能的提升幅度,现场8种能力中提升幅度最大的为应急调查能力,达到了86.34%。分年龄、性别、学历、专业的6大类专业内容培训后,不同专业的流行病学理论知识(F=3.119)和数据处理能力(F=3.117)提高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中医学检验专业的平均分高于预防医学和临床医学专业。培训后基础知识掌握、应急性疫情处置能力、监测分析能力、数据处理分析能力等知识和技能的自评满意度明显提高,最高达94.4%。现场8种能力中疾病监测分析能力、应急现场处置能力以及数据统计分析能力分居前3位。结论新疆FETP学员培训后现场流行病学能力均得到提高,但理论知识提升增幅较低;应优化教学模式,加强学员科研思维能力的培养。 Objective To understand the capacity enhancement of trainees in the Xinjiang Field Epidemiology Training Program(FETP),and the shortcomings in the training work of the program,so as to provide the basis and suggestions for improving the work of the field epidemiology training program in the later stage.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in 140 trainees joining all levels FETP training in Xinjiang from 2016 to 2021,and the effectiveness of the program was evaluated by comparing the improvements of trainees'capacities before and after training.Results There were 140 questionnaires sent out and 140 returned,with return rate of 100.00%.The capacities of the field epidemiology increased more than 60.00%after training,and the increase was biggest in the use of Arc GIS software(150.94%),followed by the increase of ability of formulating hypotheses during outbreak investigations(91.98%).The increasing range of theoretical knowledge was less than that of practical skills.The increasing of the ability of conducting emergency investigation was biggest among the eight field working competencies(86.34%).After the training divided as age,gender,education and 6 categories of professional content,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05)in the increase of theoretical knowledge(F=3.119)and data processing ability(F=3.117)among different categories of speciality.Of which,the mean score of medical examination was higher than that of preventive medicine and clinical medicine.The satisfaction degree after self-assessment obviously increased to 94.4%in the acquisition of basic knowledge,the ability of emergency handing,analysis of surveillance,and data processing and analyzing after the training.The ability of diseases monitoring analysis,emergency handing and statistical analysis of data located in the top 3 among 8 field abilities.Conclusions The field epidemiological ability of Xinjiang FETP trainees ability is improved after the training,but the increasing range of theoretical knowledge is not high.The teaching mode should be optimized,and the cultivation of scientific research thinking ability of trainees should be strengthened.
