甘肃省临泽县中小学生贫血状况调查

Survey of anemia in primary and secondary school students in Linze county,Gansu province

目的了解2021年甘肃省张掖市临泽县中小学生贫血状况,更好地保障学生健康。方法随机抽取临泽县不同年龄中小学生为调查对象,采用氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白含量,以描述流行病学方法分析数据。结果共调查中小学生4543人,贫血106人、患病率2.33%;其中男女学生贫血患病率分别为2.11%和2.73%,各年龄组贫血患病率间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.524,P<0.05),并随年龄增长呈下降趋势(趋势χ^(2)=6.419,P<0.05);城市和乡村学生患病率分别为1.76%和2.94%。结论临泽县中小学生贫血分级以边缘性贫血为主,轻度贫血次之,小学阶段是发生贫血的重要时期;应重点开展血红蛋白监测和健康教育,保障中小学生健康成长。

Objective To understand the anemic conditions of the students in primary and secondary schools in Linze county of Zhangye city,Gansu province,so as to better protect their physical health.Methods The students with different ages were randomly selected as the respondents in the primary and secondary schools in Linze county for testing the content of hemoglobin with ferric cyanide method.The results were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.Results There were 106 students tested with anemia in all 4543 students in primary and secondary schools with the prevalence rate of 2.33%.The prevalence rate of anemia was 2.11%in the male students,and 2.73%in the female students.The difference was statistically significant in the prevalence rates of anemia among the age groups(χ^(2)=7.524,P<0.05),and the prevalence rate showed decreasing trend with the age growing(trendχ^(2)=6.419,P<0.05).The prevalence rate of the students was 1.76%in the urban area,and 2.94%in rural area,respectively.Conclusions The marginal anemia is mainly in the primary and secondary school students with anemia,and followed by mild anemia in Linze county.It is the important period occurring anemia in primary school stage.The hemoglobin monitoring and health education should be emphatically carried out to protect the health of primary and secondary students.
