个案全程跟进护理在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用

Application of full follow-up nursing in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探究个案全程跟进护理在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法回顾分析2021年1月至2022年1月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院收取的98例乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照收治时间编号,按随机数字分组法设置两组各49例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在前者基础上增加个案全程跟进护理。比较两组患者住院时、出院时、术后3个月化疗时间段的并发症发生率、患肢肩关节活动度(ROM)及中文版的乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表评分(FACT-B)。结果对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者住院时ROM及FACT-B评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组出院时、术后3个月化疗患者ROM效果及FACT-B评分高于对照组,两组患者时间及护理方式交互作用差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论面对乳腺癌化疗患者采取个案全程跟进护理措施,可有效改善患者ROM、FACT-B量表评分,降低并发症发生率,利于快速预后,值得各个科室借鉴采纳。

Objective To explore the application effect of full follow-up nursing in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 breast cancer chemotherapy patients collected from the Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2021 to January 2022 was conducted.According to the admission time number,49 patients in each group were assigned by random number grouping method.The control group took routine nursing,while the observation group added full follow-up nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,Range Of Motion(ROM)of affected limb and the Chinese version of Measurement Scale of Quality of Life for Patients with Breast Cancer(FACT-B)were compared between the two groups at hospitalization,discharge and 3 months after chemotherapy.Results The complication rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROM and FACT-B scores of the two groups were not statistically significant at hospitalization(P>0.05).The ROM effect and FACT-B score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at discharge and 3 months after surgery.There were significant differences in the interaction of time and nursing methods between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Full follow-up nursing measures for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve ROM and FACT-B scale scores,reduce the incidence of complications,and is conducive to rapid prognosis,which is worthy of reference and adoption by various departments.
