采煤机自适应截割技术的控制策略与应用

摘要 为优化采煤机自适应截割技术,通过分析截割电机定子电流与煤层开采截割电阻范围的变化,提出分阶段优化调节采煤机牵引速度与滚筒转速,以300 kW截割输出功率采煤机为对象,制定不同调速控制策略。结果表明,截割电机定子电流和截割负载变化趋势相同,可根据截割电机定子电流与截割电阻关系自动截割开采不同硬度的煤层。 In order to optimize the adaptive cutting technology of shearer,by analyzing the change of the stator current of the cutting motor and the cutting resistance range of coal seam mining,the paper proposes to optimize and adjust the traction speed and drum speed of shearer by stages.Taking the shearer with 300 kW cutting output power as the object,diferent speed regulation control strategies are formulated.The results show that the trend of the stator current change of the cutting motor is the same as that of the cutting load change,and different hardness coal seams can be automatically cut and mined based on the relationship between the stator current of the cutting motor and the cutting resistance.
