称重给煤机控制系统的优化

摘要 针对某煤矿称重给煤机控制系统老旧、控制品质下降、运输精度低、故障率高且不易排查等问题,利用PLC可编程控制技术和变频调速技术优化改造给煤机控制系统,重点阐述优化方案的工作原理、PLC控制设计,变频调速设计等内容。经应用,优化后的系统实现了给煤机的自动化控制,提高了给煤机的运输精度、操控性、可靠性,同时还降低了人力成本。 In response to the problems of outdated control system,decreased control quality,low transportation accuracy,high failure rate,and difficult troubleshooting in a coal mine weighing coal feeder control system,PLC programmable control technology and variable frequency speed regulation technology are used to optimize and transform the coal feeder control system.Emphasize the working principle of the optimization plan,PLC control design,frequency conversion speed regulation design,and other related content.Through application,the optimized system has achieved automatic control of the coal feeder,improving its transportation accuracy,controllability,and reliability,while also reducing labor costs.
