摘要
某公司主机启动投运过程涉及系统多,操作复杂,主机失效风险高。根据要求,主设备启动过程的损坏率应不超过1‰,因此,对其设备安装调试质量提出了更高要求。通过总结公司以往的工程建设经验,分析本次前5批次主设备的启动过程,进一步优化了部分启动工序及过程控制方法,达到了主设备损坏率不超过0.1‰的目的。
The startup and operation process of a certain company's host involves multiple systems,complex operations,and a high risk of host failure.According to the requirements,the damage rate during the startup process of the main equipment should not exceed 1%o,therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of equipment installation and debugging.By summarizing the company's past engineering construction experience and analyzing the start-up process of the first five batches of main equipment,some start-up processes and process control methods were further optimized,achieving the goal of not exceeding 0.1‰ of main equipment damage rate.
