摘要
为有效解决对矿井皮带输送机运行状态监控效率低、成本投入高的问题,元丰矿业通过改进自动巡检监控系统并投入运行,利用在皮带运行区域上方安装固定路线的轨道,结合各类型传感器、搭载平台、充电电池组、光纤电缆等辅助设施,实现了对皮带运行故障监控的减员增效效果,每月减少检修人员480人,降低人工成本13.73万元,取得了显著的经济效益。
In order to effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost in monitoring the operation status of mine belt conveyors,Yuanfeng Mining has improved the automatic inspection and monitoring system and put it into operation.By using fixed tracks installed above the belt operation area,combined with various types of sensors,loading plaforms,charging battery packs,fiber optic cables and other auxiliary facilities,it has achieved the effect of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency in monitoring belt operation faults,a monthly reduction of 480 maintenance personnel and a reduction of 137300 yuan in labor costs have achieved significant economic benefits.
