品管圈活动在提高固定义齿数字化印模口内扫描熟练度中的应用效果

The application effect of quality control circle activity in improving the proficiency of digital impression scanning in fixed denture

目的:通过开展品管圈活动,提高固定义齿数字化印模口内扫描熟练度。方法:成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题和目标,收集2022年1月至2月来我院行数字化印模口内扫描后牙单冠修复的200例患者,比较品管圈活动实施前后的数字化印模口内扫描的熟练度。结果:评判数字化印模口内扫描熟练度的两项客观指标扫描时长、图像数量进步率分别为70%和80.39%,患者对口内扫描的认可度由87%提高到97%。结论:品管圈活动可提高圈员数字化印模口内扫描的熟练度及综合能力。

Objective:By carrying out quality control circle activities,the proficiency of digital impression scanning in fixed denture was expected to be improved.Methods:A group of quality control circle was established to determine the theme and goal of the quality control circle activities,analyze the problems existing in the process of digital impression scanning,and develop targeted improvement measures.200 patients who came to our hospital for single crown restoration after digital impression intraoral scanning from January to February 2022 were selected and the proficiency of digital impression intraoral scanning before and after the implementation of quality control circle activities was compared.Results:Two objective indicators for evaluating the proficiency of digital impression intraoral scanning,scanning time and image number had an improvement rate of 70%and 80.39%,respectively.The recognition of patients about intraoral scanning increased from 87%to 97%.Conclusion:The quality control circle activities can improve the proficiency of digital impression scanning and the comprehensive ability of operators.
