贵阳市社区空巢老年人平衡能力现况及影响因素分析

The current situation and influential factors of the empty-nest elderly in the community of Guiyang

目的:了解贵阳市社区空巢老年人平衡能力的现况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2022年3月至6月贵阳市社区老年人为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、闭目单脚站立测试、计时起立行走测试和Berg平衡量表进行评估。结果:本研究共调查了466例社区老年人,其中空巢老年人278例(59.7%),非空巢老年人188例(40.3%)。空巢老年人与非空巢老年人的性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、月收入差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空巢老年人与非空巢老年人的各项平衡能力比较,仅Berg量表得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素线性回归分析显示,不同的平衡能力有不同的影响因素,但年龄是影响空巢老年人不同平衡能力的共同危险因素。结论:贵阳市空巢老年人与非空巢老年人的各项平衡能力中,仅综合性平衡能力优于非空巢老年人,其余各项平衡能力均无差异。

Objective:To understand the current status of the balance ability of community-based empty-nested older adults in Guiyang,and to analyze the factors affecting them.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to survey elderly people in Guiyang community from March to June 2022.The general information questionnaire,the one-legged standing test with eyes closed,the timed up and go test,and the Berg balance scale were used for assessment.Results:A total of 466 elderly people were investigated,of whom 278(59.7%)were empty-nest elderly and 188(40.3%)were non-empty-nest elderly.The differences in gender,education level,marital status and monthly income between the empty-nest and non-empty-nest elderly(P<0.05).In the comparison of balance ability between empty-nest and non-empty-nest elderly were statistically significant(P<0.05).Only the difference in Berg scale scores was statistically significant when comparing the balance abilities of empty-nest and non-empty-nest elderly(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the difference balance abilities had different influencing factors,but age was the common risk factor for different balance ability of empty-nesters.Conclusion:Among the balance abilities of the empty-nest and non-empty-nest elderly in Guiyang,only the comprehensive balance ability was better than that of non-empty-nest old adults,and there was no difference in the rest of balance abilities.
