自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂对产妇的影响

The effect of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class on parturient women

目的 分析自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂对产妇的影响。方法 选取2022年4月至2023年4月于南京医科大学附属苏州医院收治的产妇450人为研究对象,分为对照组220人与观察组230人,对照组采用常规干预及传统的半卧位分娩方式,观察组采用自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂。对比两组产妇的产程时间、产程视觉模拟(VAS)评分、分娩恐惧、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、分娩结局及产妇满意度。结果 观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间及产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程的VAS评分均低于对照组;干预后,观察组产妇分娩恐惧、HAMA评分均低于对照组;观察组产妇中自然分娩率、满意度率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 应用自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂,能够缓解产妇分娩恐惧及分娩焦虑,缩短产程时间,降低分娩疼痛,优化分娩结局,提高产妇满意度,值得进一步应用推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class on parturient women.Methods A total of 450 parturients admitted to the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into a control group(220)and an observation group(230).The control group received conventional intervention and traditional semi⁃decubitus mode of delivery,and the observation group received free position combined with simulated delivery simulation class.Labor time,Visual Analogue of Labor score(VAS),fear of labor,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,labor outcome and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a lower duration of labor and VAS score in the first stage,second stage,and third stage of labor than those in the control group.After the intervention,the fear of childbirth and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The natural delivery rate and satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<005).Conclusions The application of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class can alleviate the anxiety and fear of labor,reduce the labor time of patients,decrease labor pain,optimize labor outcome and increase maternal satisfaction,which is worthy of further application and promotion.
