摘要
以实现电桩故障远程自动诊断为目的,提出基于无线网络的电桩故障远程自动诊断方法。利用数据采集箱采集充电桩运行状态数据,通过通信传输协议将数据传送至服务层并存储,采用深度神经网络模型对自动识别各种故障,采用T-S模糊故障诊断分析方法对故障重要程度进行排序,排查各故障原因并保存排查结果,通过无线网络将诊断结果发送至客户端。测试结果表明:该方法准确识别各种故障类型,网络传输平均能量消耗低于目标需求结果,并且可获取各个基础故障对于顶级事件的T-S关键重要度结果,确定故障排查顺序实现电桩故障远程诊断。
In order to realize remote automatic diagnosis of electric pile fault,a remote automatic diagnosis method of electric pile fault based on wireless network is proposed.The data collection box is used to collect the running state data of the charging pile,and the data is transmitted to the service layer through the communication transmission protocol and stored.The deep neural network model is used to automatically identify various faults,and the T-S fuzzy fault diagnosis analysis method is used to sort the importance of the faults,check the causes of the faults and save the results.The diagnosis results are sent to the client through the wireless network.The test results show that this method can accurately identify various fault types,the average energy consumption of network transmission is lower than the target demand results,and the T-S critical importance results of each basic fault for the top event can be obtained,and the troubleshooting order can be determined to realize the remote diagnosis of electric pile faults.
