发电厂设备运行状态的在线数字孪生仿真系统 被引量:2

摘要 为提升设备运行状态监测效果,设计发电厂设备运行状态的在线数字孪生仿真系统。构建发电厂环境及设备的三维模型,依据虚拟发电厂与发电厂实际布局建立设备数字孪生体,通过实时数据驱动虚拟发电厂,获取在线仿真预测的孪生数据,输入自组织映射神经网络,输出设备运行状态监测结果,在线监测结果为发电厂管理提供辅助决策。仿真实验证明:该系统可有效采集设备相关信息冗余率低,可有效建立清晰的虚拟发电厂,实现设备运行状态在线监测;在不同天气情况下,该系统的微小故障发现率均较高,具备较优的在线监测效果。 In order to improve the monitoring effect of equipment operation status,an on-line digital twin simulation system for equipment operation status of power plant is designed.It builds the three-dimensional model of the power plant environment and equipment,establishes the equipment digital twin according to the actual layout of the virtual power plant and the power plant,drives the virtual power plant through real-time data,obtains the twin data of on-line simulation and prediction,inputs the self-organizing mapping neural network,outputs the equipment operation status monitoring results,and the on-line monitoring results provide auxiliary decision-making for power plant management.Simulation results show that the system can effectively collect equipment related information,has low redundancy,can effectively establish a clear virtual power plant and realize on-line monitoring of equipment operation status.Under different weather conditions,the system has high micro fault detection rate and excellent on-line monitoring effect.
