复方玄驹胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗早泄Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的:通过Meta分析研究复方玄驹胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗早泄的有效性及安全性。方法:通过检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、万方知识服务平台、维普中文期刊数据库,搜集试验组为复方玄驹胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗早泄,对照组为单独使用抗抑郁药治疗早泄,且观察有效性及安全性的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,以RevMan 5.4软件为工具使用Meta分析法,分析复方玄驹胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗早泄的有效性及安全性。结果:共6篇RCT文献纳入研究,共739例患者。Meta分析结果为:联合用药治疗后阴道内射精潜伏期[MD=2.16,95%CI(0.57,3.74),P=0.008]、总有效率[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.08,1.37),P=0.002]、患者性生活满意度[MD=1.15,95%CI(0.64,1.67),P<0.0001]、配偶性生活满意度[MD=0.6,95%CI(0.22,0.97),P=0.002]均优于单用抗抑郁药治疗的对照组,差异有统计学意义;不良反应发生率[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.76,1.68),P=0.54]与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗早泄有效、安全,效果优于单独使用抗抑郁药治疗。但现阶段的临床研究较少,研究质量有限,此结论还需更多的研究来进一步证实。

Objective:To study the effectiveness and safety of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation through meta-analysis.Methods:By searching PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP Chinese Journal Database,RCT studies on Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation in the experimental group and antidepressants alone for treating premature ejaculation in the control group were collected,in which the efficacy and safety were observed.Meta-analysis was conducted to analyze the efficacy and safety of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation by using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:A total of 6 RCT articles were included in the study,with a total of 739 patients.The results of meta-analysis were as follows:vaginal ejaculation latency after drug combination therapy-[MD=2.16,95%CI(0.57,3.74),P=0.008],total effective rate[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.08,1.37),P=0.002],sexual satisfaction of patients[MD=1.15,95%CI(0.64,1.67),P<0.0001],spouse sexual life satisfaction[MD=0.6,95%CI(0.22,0.97),P=0.002]were superior to those in the control group treated with antidepressants alone,and the differences were statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.76,1.68),P=0.54]were compared with that of the control group and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of premature ejaculation is effective and safe,and the effect is better than that of antidepressants alone.However,there are few clinical studies at this stage,and the quality of the studies is limited.More studies are needed to further confirm this conclusion.
