邹本贵教授从“寒”“瘀”论治肩关节周围炎经验撷菁

Professor Zou Bengui′s experience summary in treating periarthritis of shoulder from“cold”and“stasis”

肩关节周围炎是中医骨伤科常见病、多发病,临床上主要表现为肩关节疼痛,功能障碍。中医疗法在肩周炎的治疗与康复过程中发挥着重要的作用,邹本贵教授从事中医临床30余年,遵循先人理论,结合临床,将该病核心病机总结为“寒瘀错杂,痹阻脉络,筋脉失养”,临床上运用葛根桂枝汤治疗肩周炎,重用葛根,加行气、活血、柔筋之延胡索、川芎、当归、三七粉、威灵仙、羌活、木瓜,配合自我功能锻炼,内外兼治,在临床上取得了满意的疗效。

Periarthritis of shoulder is a common and frequently-occurring disease in orthopedics and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine.The main clinical manifestations are shoulder joint pain and dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of shoulder periarthritis.Professor Zou Bengui has been engaged in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years.He follows the theory of ancestors,combines with clinical practice,and summaries the core pathogenesis of the disease as“the mixture of cold and blood stasis,obstruction of the vessels,and loss of nourishment in tendons and vessels”.In clinical practice,Gegen Guizhi Decoction is used for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.In the formula,Gegen is put in an important position,and Yanhusuo,Chuanxiong,Danggui,Sanqifen,Weilingxian,Qianghuo and Mugua are added to promote the flow of Qi,activate the blood and soften the tendons.Combined with self-function exercise,the internal and external treatment has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.
